FAQs

Is craniosacral therapy safe for infants?

Yes. Craniosacral therapy for infants is extremely gentle and safe when provided by a trained practitioner. Sessions use light, supportive touch to help regulate the nervous system, release tension from birth, and support feeding, comfort, and digestion.

Can craniosacral therapy help with breastfeeding or latch issues?

Craniosacral therapy can support infants experiencing latch difficulties, oral tension, or feeding challenges. It is often used alongside lactation support to address underlying tension that may affect tongue movement, coordination, and comfort during feeding.

What infant concerns can craniosacral therapy support?

Infant craniosacral therapy may help with reflux, gassiness, head turning preference, oral tension, tongue tie challenges, birth recovery, and overall nervous system regulation.
